The Transfusion Service at Martin Army Community Hospital is dedicated to the mission of
delivering the safest possible blood and blood components to MACH patients. This is accomplished
through the use of state of the art testing and screening methods, designed to meet and exceed
the demanding standards of various regulatory agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration.
MACH Transfusion Service can offer the collection of autologous and directed donations through

The Serology Section at MACH provides viral testing (Hepatitis testing), Rheumatology testing,
Mononucleosis testing, Rubella testing, pregnancy testing and many more diagnostic tests.
