Overview:


Client Services is responsible for coordinating the collection, accessioning, receipt, and initial processing of specimens for laboratory analysis. This section serves not only the inpatient wards and clinics at MACH, but also coordinates specimens from outside (remote) locations. The section is divided into three main areas: Reception , Phlebotomy, and Specimen Processing.
