Overview:


The Martin Annex Lab is a limited service laboratory providing testing for the patients seen at the Martin Annex Clinics. This lab supports patients being seen at the Adult Primary Care Clinic, the Coumadin Clinic, the Extended Care Team, and the TBI Clinic. Testing not performed at the Martin Annex Lab is referred to the Main Lab for completion. Hours are M-F 0730-1835. Weekends and Holidays closed.
